Initial consultation and arrangement for the subsequent examination

Visit the local economic and cultural representative office of Taiwan to apply for notarization of the marriage certificate

1. Complete the donation formalities, notarize the sperm donation consent (accompanied by the medical staff), and receive the injection before returning to the home country
2. Physical assessment
．Donee couple
Conduct a blood test for the intended test tube treatment and carry out a sperm analysis to determine the situation of the sperm and arrange for the subsequent treatment
．Donor
The Donor has completed a series of health assessments and semen tests. The Donee may ask for a further health assessment at his/her expense.
3. Document submission
The clinic will submit the Donor’s information, the consanguinity information provided by the Donee and a copy of the ID card to the Health Promotion Administration for approval

Visit Taiwan on the 8th day of menstruation and make follow-up appointments to check the follicles. Eggs will be retrieved on the date determined by the doctor and be fertilized on the day. Initiate embryo culture and the subject would return to the home country with pre-implantation medication.

Start pre-implantation medication on the 3rd day of menstruation (endometrium conditioning)
Visit Taiwan on the 18th day of menstruation and prepare for the pre-implantation process. Implantation will be fulfilled on the 20th day. (Filling the prescription of tocolytic before returning to the home country)

Take a pregnancy test on the 10th~12th day after implantation
