No bad habits, not subject to drug use and addiction
BMI is between 18 and 24
Possess a college degree or above
No genetic diseases or infectious diseases that may influence fertility.
*Sperm donors who meet the conditions set out above and have been recognized by the hospital as a qualified sperm donor who have never donated or have donated but the donee does not give live birth and have no sperm or embryos frozen, may donate again

Step01
Registration for sperm donation
After completing the appointment booking, please add our center's official LINE customer service to request the personal information form. Fill it out accurately and send it back.
Step02
Physical examination
Wait for the result of the form review. Once approved, our center will proactively contact you to proceed with the initial health check and semen analysis.
Step03
Waiting for matching
Please be patient and wait for the matching result.
Step04
Arrangement for sperm collection
Once the matching is completed, the sperm collection and freezing procedures will be arranged. After completion, our center will transfer the first-stage compensation of NTD 3,000 to the donor's designated account within one week.
Step04
Blood test
Conduct another blood test six months later to check for infectious diseases (to ensure that the donor is not subject to any disease in the stage of latent period). There must be no abnormality.
Step04
Receive funds
After confirming no latent diseases, our center will transfer the second-stage payment of NTD 5,000 to the designated account within one week.
